We’re delighted to announce that Motiv-8 have been awarded a contract with the Department of Work and Pensions to help those suffering with Mental Health issues to gain meaningful employment. Local people can access professional coaching help via 1-2-1 coaching sessions for a period of eight weeks. We are very much looking forward to working with the local Job Centre’s in the Isle of Wight to deliver this coaching package and we are confident we will have a lasting positive impact on those involved.
Motiv-8 has a proven track record of working with those suffering with their mental health. It is amazing to see those who have had feelings of hopelessness and helplessness move forward positively into employment by unlocking barriers and challenging their mindset through supportive coaching. Empowering and enabling them to take control of their lives and find a meaning or purpose to get up every day. 1-2-1 coaching gives them support, offers some stability, improves self-awareness and re-invigorates their individual self-esteem.
Our experienced coaches deliver outstanding results even in what is a very challenging environment given the impact of covid and lockdown. Our online capability has already proven itself in many sectors and we are very confident it will do so here.
