Motiv-8 SW are very pleased to announce that we have been awarded a contract to help ex-offenders move their lives on post release from prison. This programme is co-ordinated through the Job Centre Plus offices in Avon, Somerset and Gloucester. It consists of one to one coaching which will be undertaken by our expert coaches who will ensure that each participant feels empowered and motivated to step into the world and play a full part. The coaches will develop each individual’s confidence and self-esteem whilst removing limiting beliefs and perceived barriers before empowering each individual to develop their own plan to get them back into employment.
Our coaches have a wealth of experience in dealing with offenders, ex-offenders and those likely to become offenders. They support and challenge individuals in order to get them to understand the things that brought them to offend or nearly offend and explore how to prevent any future offending to enable them to take their place back in society and enjoy meaningful employment.
We work with ex-offenders to help them get their lives back on track once they have served their sentence, We understand just how difficult it is for an ex-offender to gain suitable employment in order that they may play a full role in society.
