For several months Motiv-8 has been running a programme in South East Cornwall aimed at 18+ years who are currently out of work, or those seeking further training and pathways into education. The programme is funded through the European Social Fund (ESF) and managed by Community Led Local Development (CLLD).
Motiv-8 has now been awarded the opportunity to expand this work across West Cornwall to specifically help those who are over 50 years of age to work towards employment, gain new skills and maybe even consider re-training or going back to education to change their careers.
The programme will be offering help and support through one to one coaching sessions, that will be engaging and offer inspiration and guidance and will motivate individuals towards their desired goals. The work is targeted with an individual led approach delivered by experienced and knowledgeable coaches, who have a proven track record.
