Robbie Gardiner, Employer Engagement Advisor from our Restart team, met with Jamie Walsh, Director of Dart Fresh Produce and George Pritchard, Head of Operations to discuss collaboration on meeting their recruitment needs.

Ed Atter, CEO of Motiv-8 said ‘Motiv-8 are very proud to be supporting people across the East Devon area in Partnership with Seetec Pluss. Launched on 28 June 2021, across the South West of England, from Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, Devon, Dorset, Somerset, Bristol, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire, Seetec Pluss will empower 106,000 people over the next four years to break down any barriers that might be holding them back from finding employment. The scheme will provide up to 12 months help for each participant’
Motiv-8’s selection as a local specialist delivery partner will deliver expert end-to-end provision from the Beehive in Honiton. Motiv-8’s coaches and employment advisors will work closely alongside each individual to get to know their aspirations, strengths and develop a personalised package of support, tailored to both individual and local employment needs.
