My husband Phil and I founded Motiv-8 in 2013, where we truly believe that “Every Individual Matters” Our company exists to support anyone who needs help and guidance to move forward positively with their lives.

I have previously spent many years in the veterinary and education sector, a qualified counsellor, coach and personality profiler and a Director of Sampson Hall. I get the greatest reward from seeing people develop and grow and I have spent my life supporting others. In my spare time I am a mum to five grown up children, owner of three dogs and three chickens and I enjoy walking and cooking for my family. I write a weekly column for the local paper and I am a helpline bereavement counsellor for Cruse and a founding trustee of the charity BEEP.
