Edward Atter

CEO

I fell into the employability sector by accident, and soon realised that I wanted to build a career supporting people back into the labour market. I spent 13 great years at Working Links culminating in leadership of the South West Region. I then enjoyed stints at Ingeus and Reed in Partnership, where I led the Work Routes ESF programme in Cornwall. In 2019 I was offered the opportunity to lead Motiv-8 and develop ambitious growth plans to take the organisation forward. I am proud of the positive impact we have on the participants we work with.

Away from work, I am an avid fan of rugby and cricket and an armchair supporter of Liverpool FC. You’ll often find me fighting an endless battle with weeds at the allotment or walking with my wife Deborah and our dog on the SW Coast Path.
